Established on 2 July 1995, Qinhuangdao Winsway Petroleum Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Qinhuangdao Port Group Co., Ltd. (Chinese party) and Qinhuangdao Winsway Investment Limited (foreign party). Its business scope covers the processing of petroleum products, the transfer and transportation of petroleum, and the operation of bonded warehouses. The Company has 10 oil tanks with a total capacity of 92,000 cubic meters. We specialize in the storage of naphtha, diesel, gasoline, orimulsion, ethylene dichloride (EDC), and methanol. Service for other products can be provided upon request.
The Company has its own dedicated rail line and tank loading/discharging bridge which can accommodate 64 tank cars working simultaneously. The oil dock can berth ships from 1,000 tons to 50,000 tons, fully satisfying the transportation needs of both domestic and international markets.
Qinghuangdao Winsway Petroleum Co., Ltd transships refined oil for PetroChina, with an annual transshipment volume of 1million tonnes. We have had a good relationship with China Petroleum Group since 1998.
