Established in 1989, the Winsway Group is an international business group engaged in the trading, distribution, processing, storage and transportation of petroleum, chemicals and coal. Over more than a decade Winsway has built up an extensive distribution network in China and overseas. Our fixed assets, worth RMB 500 million, include complete port facilities, storage tanks and railway tank cars located along the coast, rivers and inland borders of China .
Winsway's growth is underpinned by a team of high-quality professionals in operations and executive management. Our 160 employees, with an average age of 35, have a total of three doctorates, 26 master's degrees, and 110 diplomas and related degrees. Trading and Distribution
The trading and distribution of chemicals, petroleum and coal is one of Winsway's core businesses. Chemical products include olefins, aromatics, intermediates, solvents, polymers and fine chemicals. Petroleum products comprise naphtha, condensate, feedstocks, middle distillates, VGO/LSWR, fuel oil and a range of other products. Coal mainly covers anthracite and coking coal.
With our extensive supply and distribution network both in China and abroad, Winsway enjoys good relationships and a sound reputation among firms in Japan , Korea , the Middle East, Russia and North America, as well as major refineries and petrochemical complexes operated by SINOPEC and CNPC in China . Winsway has concrete expressions of intent from a broad range of companies for cooperation in our coal project. Winsway's trading and distribution turnover now runs to hundreds of millions of US dollars.
Facilities
Our logistics infrastructure permits us to offer a full range of services to our customers, strengthening our competitiveness in the petroleum and chemical sectors. Currently we have seven storage and transportation companies and two logistics companies under our umbrella. Our facilities in coastal, riverine and border locations include five tank farms with a total of more than 100 tanks and capacity of 250,000 cubic meters, playing a vital role in the distribution, transshipment and warehousing of petrochemical products.
The Winsway group is in joint ventures with the Chinese railway authorities for the operation of railway tank cars and railway sidings at Manzhouli and Erenhot (Inner Mongolia) for transloading petrochemicals and petroleum from Mongolia and Russia . The transshipment siding at Erenhot is 650 meters long, the longest of its kind in China .
Winsway is currently constructing bonded-warehouse storage zones at three different locations with a total area of 80,000 sq.m. for the storage of solids.
